Natalia Paz has experience in the private sector, particularly in corporate law, commercial contracting, and business relationships with domestic and international clients and suppliers.
In 2024, she completed her academic internship at Abbott Laboratories – Lafrancol S.A.S., where she provided legal support to the pharmaceutical, nutrition, diagnostics, and medical devices divisions, assisting in commercial and contractual matters. She also supported the resolution of legal issues involving suppliers in connection with the construction projects of oncology solid-dose and sterile liquid manufacturing plants.
Natalia currently serves as part of the Corporate Law team at Serrano Martínez CMA in Bogotá, where her practice focuses on the management, review, and negotiation of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
