Nicole Mendieta is an associate in the Competition and Antitrust practice at Serrano Martínez CMA. She has experience in competition and intellectual property matters. She graduated from Universidad de los Andes, where she pursued a minor in Political Science and a co-terminal program in Intellectual Property. She also holds a Diploma in Entertainment Law. She is recognized for her analytical and legal research skills, as well as her attention to detail when handling complex matters. Before joining Serrano Martínez CMA, she worked as a legal researcher and teaching assistant at a university.
