She has experience advising on real estate and urban development projects, participating in the structuring, development, and execution of residential, commercial, and mixed-use initiatives. She has advised developers, investors, and sector entities on matters related to territorial planning, land management, urban planning permits, land-use planning instruments, and the urban planning regulations applicable to real estate projects. She has also participated in the structuring of trust arrangements related to real estate development, as well as in the drafting and negotiation of contracts associated with these types of transactions.
