Angélica is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, admitted to practice law in Colombia and in the State of California. She holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property and Technology from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master’s degree in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes.
She has experience in intellectual property, particularly in trademarks and copyright, as well as in consumer protection, advertising, and corporate law matters, advising domestic and international clients.
Throughout her professional career, she has worked in law firms, the financial sector, and the corporate sector, participating in the protection and management of intangible assets, as well as in the structuring and negotiation of contractual matters related to business and technology.
