David has extensive professional experience as a litigator, advising and representing companies and individuals in the prevention and resolution of disputes in pre-trial, judicial and administrative venues. His career has focused on representing the interests of clients in areas of civil, commercial, insurance, and civil and state liability law, among others. Prior to joining Serrano Martínez CMA, David worked as a litigator for several law firms in the city of Medellín, representing the main insurance companies in the country.
