Felipe is Partner of Serrano Martinez CMA. He is an expert in competition law, commercial and regulatory litigation, compliance, and privacy law. Between 2012 and 2015 he served as Chief Adviser to the Superintendent of Industry and Commerce (Competition, Privacy, Industrial Property and Consumer Protection Authority) and Deputy Superintendent of Industry and Commerce. He has worked as a lawyer in the Litigation Department of leading firms in Colombia and private sector entities. He is admitted to act as attorney in Colombia and the State of New York. For over fifteen years, he has advised and represented important national and foreign clients in competition, corporate, contractual, privacy and consumer-related matters, investigations, and litigation.
