Javier Quiñones is an Associate in the Corporate practice at Serrano Martínez CMA. His practice focuses on the structuring and execution of corporate and commercial transactions, as well as advising domestic and international clients on corporate and foreign investment matters.
He has significant experience assisting foreign companies in establishing and expanding their operations in Colombia, providing strategic counsel on corporate structuring and market entry. He also advises local and international clients on Colombian foreign exchange regulations, particularly regarding compliance with reporting and registration requirements applicable to foreign investments before the Banco De La República.
