He advises promoters, developers, builders, and investors in all phases of commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure, industrial, telecommunications, and agribusiness project development.
His expertise also covers the negotiation, drafting, and completion of real estate project transactions, both for acquisition and divestment.
He frequently represents clients in complex business disputes related to real estate, urban planning, and fiduciary matters, as well as individuals in litigation against the government regarding expropriations, urban planning permits, public easements, and urban obligations.
