Throughout his professional practice, he has developed specialized expertise in environmental permitting processes, including environmental licensing, as well as in the obtaining, amendment, and compliance monitoring of environmental permits. He also has experience representing and advising clients in administrative sanctioning proceedings before competent environmental authorities.
Additionally, he has been involved in the legal advisory of mining concessions and in the structuring, development, and execution of infrastructure projects, providing comprehensive counsel on regulatory compliance, risk management, and sustainability matters.
His practice is focused on delivering strategic legal advice aimed at ensuring compliance with the applicable regulatory framework and mitigating legal risks in the development of his clients’ operations.
