Her professional experience focuses on advising and representing companies and individuals in the resolution of pre-litigation, litigation and administrative disputes. María Jimena has represented clients’ interests in civil, commercial, and medical liability matters, among others, in court and administrative proceedings. She also holds experience in pre-contractual negotiation for risk mitigation and litigation prevention. Prior to joining Serrano Martínez CMA, María Jimena worked as an in-house counsel at a major health care facility in the city of Medellin.
