Nicolas possesses extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation in ordinary courts, arbitration tribunals, and Superintendencies. His practice has been shaped by occupying various roles in litigation, most notably as a judge in corporate disputes and in proceedings ancillary to insolvency. He has provided counsel and judicial representation to both domestic and international clients in sectors such as infrastructure, goods and services distribution, and hydrocarbons. Nicolas has also served as secretary in several arbitration tribunals. Additionally, he held the position of advisor to the Office and subsequently served as Special Proceedings Judge at the Superintendencia de Sociedades.
