Ana Cortes is an associate at Serrano Martínez CMA. She holds a law degree from Universidad de los Andes, a specialization in Public Management and Administrative Institutions from the same university, and an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley.
She has experience advising governments, international organizations, private sector associations, and companies across Latin America and Central Asia on matters related to e-commerce, technology, and digital transformation. In addition, she has participated in the design and implementation of legal reforms and public policies aimed at promoting social inclusion, economic development, and the adoption of digital technologies.
Her professional experience includes serving as a consultant for the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and as an advisor to Colombia’s Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Planning Department.
