In his professional career of over 20 years of experience, Darío has implemented a working methodology closely with clients, imprinting a strategic and preventive perspective of conflicts, with special care and attention to detail of each matter. This perspective has enabled to provide practical and timely solutions, finding an adequate balance between the versatility required in the businesses of each client according to the different economic sectors, with the required rigor and quality. This has allowed him to successfully advise recognized local and foreign companies, accompanying them in the structuring of hiring and remuneration policies, in the labor planning of business integrations, as well as in their representation in judicial proceedings of varying complexity before different labor courts and tribunals in the country.
