Gabriela is a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, with complementary studies in political science and sociology. During her academic training, she was part of the University’s Labor Law Research Group (Semillero Derecho y Trabajo).
Her professional experience has focused on advising clients on individual labor law matters, particularly in disciplinary proceedings and in conducting investigations related to workplace harassment and sexual harassment claims. She also provides counsel on social security matters, diversity, inclusion and equity policies, international labor law, and supply chain due diligence processes.
