Manuela’s professional experience is focused on labor law and social security. She provides advice to employers on issues such as employment contracts, work rules, manuals, policies, voluntary retirement plans, termination agreements, disciplinary processes, among others. Manuela also carries out diagnoses and interventions regarding compliance with labor regulations and consultancy on pension-related matters. In addition, Manuela participates in various stages to promote or attend tutela actions and judicial proceedings. Likewise, Manuela provides support to her clients in different procedures, requirements and investigations before administrative authorities such as the Ministry of Labor.
