Paula Castaño is an associate at Serrano Martínez CMA. Her practice focuses on technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), privacy, personal data protection and AI governance, consumer law, and civil and commercial litigation.
She has experience advising domestic and international clients on the structuring and implementation of privacy, data protection, and AI governance programs, as well as on administrative investigations before the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) regarding data protection and consumer matters. She has also advised on telecommunications regulatory matters before various authorities and on related disputes.
Prior to joining the Firm, Paula worked at international law firms and was part of the legal team of a global EdTech company.
