Santiago has participated in advising both international and local companies on matters related to corporate law, corporate litigation, mergers and acquisitions, asset reorganizations, commercial law, real estate law and corporate law. His work consists of providing efficient and customized legal solutions that facilitate the implementation and management of clients' businesses in Colombia, by creating instruments, capitalization processes, bylaw amendments, appointment of officials and drafting and review of contracts. In addition, Santiago has a special interest in legal innovation, and participates in legal document automation and legal service design projects.
