In her professional practice, Valentina advises national and multinational companies, as well as foreign investors, across diverse sectors such as oil and gas, petrochemical, public utilities, technology, and finance. She focuses on corporate law, commercial law, and financial regulation. Her experience includes corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, negotiation and drafting of complex commercial contracts, corporate compliance, and corporate disputes.
Valentina has worked in both the public and private sectors, including the Private Enforcement Division of the Superintendence of Companies, Colombia’s specialized court for corporate disputes, and as external and in-house counsel. This background has given her a deep understanding of organizations and the strategic interests of their stakeholders, enabling her to provide legal advice that is closely aligned with our clients’ business needs.
