Andres has outstanding professional with extensive experience in Competition Law, Intellectual Property and Consumer Protection. He currently leads the Competition Law area, where he develops innovative strategies and provides high-level advice to both national and international companies. Andrés advises companies in the hydrocarbons, construction, energy, retail, and technology sectors, among others. He has advised companies on anti-competitive practices, and has led multiple business integration processes before the SIC.
He is also an expert litigator in competition, intellectual property and consumer protection. Andrés worked at the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce, where he resolved unfair competition and industrial property litigation, and represented the Superintendency before Colombian courts. Andrés stands out for his in-depth knowledge and innovative strategies in the field.
